You won't hear a word come out of my mouth besides good luck....I've got a ton of info about the 8x8 training. Very reminisent of German Volume Training. Don't look for any strength gains, but I expect if you over-eat you'll definately experience some very solid gains. It looks very unconventional compared to the usual bulking programs. The workout alone should take care of cardio with the pace it sets. IMO, some of his exercises don't sound very good (such as bench presses to the neck), but others are awesome (having your chest touch the pullup bar each rep).
