To be honest, here's my take...

-You're 158 lbs. Divide that by 5 meals in a day. That would give you about 32 grams of protein per meal, which isn't a lot. So, if you have proper nutrition, then I would recommend you taking a scoop as soon as you wake up, then one preworkout, then one more postworkout. That's all you'll need.
