Hello out there

Just joined and wanted to say how impressed I am at the depth of knowledge on this site!!! I was reading some of your post's and there is so much to learn. People seem to be friendly and very helpful
I am looking forward to training and watching my own development. I am not after anything special at the moment, I just want to get in better shape and bulk up some. :eek: It looks as if I found a good place to answer any of my questions, keep up the good work
