Look, some people are different than others. I know for a fact that doing curls after chest won't hurt you. I'm at the heavy end of the spectrum. I did a 45 minute chest workout with 365 lbs, then blasted my biceps for almost 6 months and it never hurt me. I'm sure you aren't up to that much weight so don't worry so much. If you do an hour for a back workout and actually lift heavy, then try to lift biceps, then to some extent it isn't very productive. Talking about acidity levels and other trash does nothing. The only time doing muscle workouts back to back is counterproductive is if they are two major muscle groups, like chest and shoulders. Pair a large muscle group with a smaller one and you're fine. Also, people are trying to help so lower the arrogance. If you want lab results of acidity levels then you're in the wrong place... :eek:
