I started taking the BSN mass stack and completed 4 months of it the other last week. 4 days ago i was in the studio and caught the stomach flu from a SOB i don't care to mention i was sick for only 3 days but in those 3 i couldn't lift. I pissed out all the damn creatine i had absorbed over the 4 months. This is the last time i take any form of creatine, i think its just a waste of money putting water in your muscles. What do you guys think man.
