I dont know much about hockey, but if it were me, I would work on muscle endruance on my legs, so you can skate faster and longer than your opponents, as for arms; I would do some of both, cause you want to be able to have a good and powerful shot, but you dont want that shot to get you tired throughout the rest of the game.
