Creatine has its time and place, and depending on your goals it may not be the best thing for you all the time.

personally I feel as though when i use creatine I can move more wieght, and I can squeeze out more reps. This is crutial when strength training, or for maintaining after a ph/ps/aas cycle.

But in terms of mass gains, It will bloat you and make you apear bigger. On average I gain a half inch to 3/4in on my arms after two weeks of use. But when I discontinue it, that bloat falls away, and I am back to where I started.

point being, creatine in all forms has its purpose, but i wouldnt rely on it to give you lbm gains, because you just wont see them.
