That was the response I was looking for... Didn't mean to come off as arrogant but sometimes in order to get an answer you need to be straight forward. I don't know how old apocolypse is, but if he has nothing better to do in life other then watch the forums all day about wieghtlifting to make shotty comments on posts that's hurtin. Thanks for all the advice 0311, I don't think I will ever be in the weight lifting category that you are in lol, I'm just trying to be safe while lifting wieghts and would like to get in shape.
