Should i be sore
I recently started a with a program with fewer number of sets and higher weights and i find that i don't feel as sore the next day. I'm wondering if i should feel sore and stiff the next day or is that a indication of over exercising? Mind you, i do notice some stiffness the next day, just not like i'm used to. Am i not doing enough set to get maximum muscle growth.
