Hey my name's Dave, 36yo, 5'7, 205, 12%bf. I have been lifting since High School days, competed in BB contests in the early to mid nineties and now just focus on looking good and submission wrestling. My goal right now is to lean down to 7-8% bodyfat, and kick sand in nerd's faces, j/k kinda. Anyways good to be here!
