For protein, I'd say 1.5 times your weight, but why stop there? If you weigh 150 lbs like your other thread states, then that equals 225 grams protein. Now, divide that by 5 meals...45 grams per meal of protein. This figure does not include pre/postworkout protein, which will top you off well over that.
