haha i must say, you know your stuff man.

everything youve been saying makes complete sense, but a year ago i was at the doctors for a checkup, and asked him about whey and junk (i had first started with supplements then) and he said some BS about not having more than 90 grams a day(supplementary, not including meals) at my age or something, and that really didnt sound right..
