This is something I'd eat if on a very serious cutting diet. Either that, or if I'm 70 years old.

Eat your age, esp. when trying to gain muscle...Try 5 whole eggs, pancakes, and a banana.

By turkey sandwich I take it you mean a few slices of thinly sliced turkey? You probably got about 5 grams of protein off of that.

You should rethink that shake to include some high GI carbs. At the least try drinking a big glass of grape juice for the high amount of dextrose. Also look in your grocery store for a $2 bag of dextrose powder. You need sugar postworkout (in lemens terms)
This is just the basics that I see. You are severly limited in your carb intake, which will make or break your gains [or apparent lack thereof].
