It isnt easy to put on quality muscle with a 'one muscle per day' set up. Unless of course your dead smack in the middle of puberty, or running aas.
dual factor training is the way to go for natural mass gains my man, i'll agree hst is great, and there are other variations out there if you dont like the way hst is put together.
