after the first couple days of hardcore food intake its getting a bit easier... and i have added the GI carbs in with the post workout shakes..
and the whole tricking thing.. you just gotta go out and try it. i had to grow some serious balls though, like i first tried it and was too afraid to try any cool things.. then like a year later i was like "well, im going to grow balls now" and landed backflips and some other things that day.. and you just work off of the basics.. i recommend reading some tutorials at
