I feel sluggish after eating, I think mainly my body is not used to so many meals a day (I have always been a one or two meal a day eater :o ) no matter how small a portion I eat I feel sluggish and over loaded. I have been eating mostly vegies so I am at a loss for what to do. I think I need a good cleanse to get my system cleared out and then go from there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
. BTW I drink atleast 64 oz of water per day.;)
