If you are used to eating one or two meals a day then it is just going to take time for your body to get used to eating the extra food. Alot of people go through the feeling of feeling full when they start out if they aren't used to this type of diet schedule.

One thing you could try to do is replace one or two of the solid meals with a protein shake, that might be a "lighter" option. I am not saying to do this for every meal however, as whole foods are always preferred.
