Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself here. My name is Aaron and I'm currently in rehab after an arm surgery which has kept me from lifting now for 6 months! I am just now getting back into the gym and my supplementation. I hope I can be of some help to others as well as get some help from everyone as well.
