The Reason Behind The Change
most of you are gonna be wondering: wtf, you jumped from strength training to bulking SO fast.........?
i think you deserve an explanation.
i'm 5 feet 7" tall, weighing 78 kgs. my waist is like 32", thighs 26", chest 42" and my arms are like 14"... see the problem: no proportionality at all.
so, i jumped from strength training to bulking in order to work on my weak points..
