Barbell Incline Bench Press 4x6

Barbell Clean and Press

Barbell Rows
1.) 40x6
2.) 45x6
3.) 50x6
4.) 60x6

Standing Alternate Arm Dumbbell Curls
1.) 14x6
2.) 16x6
3.) 18x6
4.) 20x4

Lying Down Cross Dumbbell Tricep Extension
1.) 8x6
2.) 10x6
3.) 12x6
4.) 14x6

Reverse Grip Tricep Pulley Press Down
1.) 20x6
2.) 22.5x6
3.) 25x6
4.) 30x6

well, thats all

i felt my form on the all the four compound movements was awesome.

next time i think i'll bump the weight up a bit - especially on the Barbell Rows
