Total i focussed my attention on cardio an abs

CARDIO
20 minutes Cross Trainer = 250 kcals
10 minutes Stationary Cycle = 75 kcals
TOTAL = 325 kcals

ABDOMINALS
Cable Side Bends 22.5 x 25 for 4 Sets
Pulley Side Bends (High Pulley) 12.5 x 30 for 3 Sets
Decline Sit-Ups 3 Sets of 15 Reps
Hanging Leg Raises 8 x 15 for 3 Sets

damn... my abs were groaning the next day
