I take up to 3000 mgs. of milk thistle when I've run M1raTpoison. I also ran it with NAC, Sesathin, CoQ10, ALCAR and some SAMe. You might say I'm a little overprotective of my liver, but my liver panels came out great after 4 weeks of PCT from an M1T cycle.

Of course not drinking any alcohol is a given as well.
