hey guys,

Well i tried, I thought i could take a winter course in math (intermediate algebra), not having taken any math in +/- 6 years. I was way too much. The class is @ 4 weeks long and covers too much material for me to register. I guess with my change in excersize routine, i could not focus ;p

one thing that i did get out of it is, i used a nursing program in the computer lab called "diet analysis plus". I don't really know what the program is for, but, being that i was waiting, i plugged in my stats. It asked me for a calorie intake, i just plugged in 3142.11, ohh by the way, when i plugged in my stats. it calculated my body mass intake to be at 28.06, but the coach at the college had me grip a kinda-like "playstation controller" and stated my body mass to be 17.5. well here goes the results:

(basic componets)

Water --g
Protein 68.95g
carbohydrates 455.61g
dietary fibers 31.42g
fat-total 104.74g
saturated-fat 31.42g
mono-fat 38.40g
poly-fat 34.91 g
cholesterol 300mg

(Vitamins)

Vitamin A R E 1000.RE
thiamin-B1 1.20mg
niacin-B3 16mg
vitamin-B6 1.30mg
vitamin b12 2.40 mg
vitamin-c 60mg
vitamin Dmcg 5.0mcg
vitamin E alpha equiv. 10.00mg
folate 400.

(Minerals)

Calcium 1000 mg
Iron 10 mg
magnesium 420 mg
phosphourus 700mg
potassium 3750mg
sodium 2400mg
zinc15.00mg

so, i guess i'll have to get the break-down of the actual food i eat to make sure i meet these totals.

will i need to take in more inorder to build muscle?

Also, i spoke to a strength coach that told me that the calves and the forearms are the hardest to develop, "either have them or you don't" i don't subscribe to this notion. But i believe he's right when he said that i could re-gain my old form. Well have to see. I am willing!
