I was looking back on my relationship, and it occured to me that i, was the asshole. There is no way i was going to catch another piece like her, especially in my present condition. So i started exercizing to try to get back to some sort of form.
listen, i was fat, i mean fattt! Working out in the field you rarely eat, i would eat at around 6:30 am to work, load up the work truck, and be at the jobsite at 7:00am. When working in the heat, shit, most of the crew would either drink (a substance other than water) ;p or smoke ;) so i guess, you could say i was one of those water guys. When i got home i would eat like a king, then go to bed, i did this for +/- five years.
I started my weight reduction the same time i went back to school. I have just finished the semester and am a week into the winter session. I do not know the exact date but a between june 20 - sept. 1.

I would say the pictures looks right, but the time frame I'm reading must be wrong...can't be true.
i'm at about 190+/-3 lbs right now. But i've only been lifting, on walk/running.
I can re-post the pictures the pictures are mine, i have a stab scar on my left side where a went in and out.
Now the weight going up and hairing coming down, so to speak, sounds like steroids to me. You cycling?

Nonetheless, a very nice transformation.

The transformation is on many levels, the one i find to be the most drastic is the ability to let go of the old and try something new. I hope that as i grow in form my personal skills will grow as well.
