I wouldnt suggest cutting at this point. If you havent trained in the past, starting off at a caloric deficit will most likely frustrate the hell out of you and kill your motivation to get in shape.

IMO a clean bulking routine would be of perticular benifit to you, and you will most likely see very good body recomposition from it. (replacing fat with muscle)

you need to build muscle before you can cut up and show it.
