Default Too much of a cheat day?

On a cheat day, would this be too much? My family is one of those familys that get ice-cream and such every weekend. So on Saturday when I have my cheat day, I have ice-cream every Saturday. But I usally just try to get this for my cheat day...meal routine.

Breakfest, sugar cerial.

Lunch, a sandwitch or something.

Dinner, what ever my family gets...usally a whopper or something fattening.

But I've been wanting to just diet with out having a cheat meal, because if I have a cheat meal, lol. I just feel like I am getting more fat, but sometimes I do feel great that I've been shedding some of the fat off. Just wanna leave it up to you guys on what I should do...also, I get my days in for working out, but I miss sometimes the days for cardio.

I do this for my work out, Monday, Deadlifts, Hack Squats. Tuesday, Decline bench, chin ups or pull ups. Wednsday, off. Thursday, standing millitary, back squat. Friday, Romanion dead lifts, bent over rows.

I do these one 10 min things, go out, sprint for 30 sec, then walk for 60, do this untill I get to over 10 mins or so. But have been lazy on the cardio.

As far as for my diet durring the week, I have about 4-6 meals, low down to 40 carbs or so, 200 grams of protein, 50 grams of fat..
