The Diet
As a general rule this is my daily diet, just thought I’d get the opinion of the group, I’ve cut out all the crap pretty much (well at least 80%), am I getting enough of what I need?
Breakfast 6:30
Scrambled Egg (4 eggs)
2 Slices Brown Toast
1 Bowl Cereal (Full fat milk)
10:00ish
Protein Shake (30g protein)
Lunch (Whenever the hell I can!)
Grilled chicken/turkey breast
2 Eggs
Rice Dessert
Apple
Pre Work-out 15:30-16:00
Protein Shake (30g protein)
Post Work-out
Protein Shake (30g protein)
Pasta
Dinner
Whatever my Old Dear has cooked for me (only time its not healthy is when I have a good old English roast once a week, and I ain’t giving that up for no one!)
Before Bed
Protein Shake (30g protein)
And if I need to snack at home, I eat bread sticks!
It’s a vast improvement on what I used to eat, but are there any areas that need tweaking at all?
Also how often is it safe to “cheat”, like have some chips, or a couple of biscuits ect?
