wt: 220lbs (down 3 from last week)

diet: continuing what i've been doing, it is working well. I have started to get headaches on my non lifting days, possibly from the lower carb count. i am considering adding in more carbs to curb this.

training: The wieghts are moving fairly easy, I had exspected to loss more strength then I have on this cutter, the Activite must be doing some good. This is the first time in almost 5 months that i've done flat bench, and 235x8 for two sets was a joke on wed. I could have done sets of 15 or more and been fine.

Supps: I am waiting on my bottles of Dicana and Stizm, hopefully they will be here today, i will drop the MP and add in Rhodiola Rosea, I've had the RR for a while, but I have been waiting on a capping kit (which came today) cause it tastes like a sack full of sweaty squirls. My supps for my dicana trial will be as follows.

Dicana 2 caps (adjusting to tolerance)
Stizm 2 caps (adjusting to tolerance)
fish oil 6 caps ed
Activite 4 caps ed
RR 300mg 3x ed
fenugreek 500mg before night carb meals
Alcar 1g pre workout
Xtend as needed
