Ok, when dieting, I'd say stick to going low carb. Watch out on the food thats reprocessed. Like Bread, Chips, and ect. Also for fatty food, but go for the EFA's though. Essential Fatty Acids. But watch out on some of the veggies evan, like corn for example, I don't like it much, but some who diet, think its ok, but its very starchy, and bad for you. But I may be wrong.

I love to eat fruit, so some fruit would be good, and healthy for you, like apples and banannas. I'd say you can cheat every week. Have a cheat day every 7 days of dieting or something, this convinces the body to not retain in its stage of repletion, and the kyokentics are burning. Not sure if I said that right.

But as far as a cheat day, I just go for a bowl of cerial in the mourning, sandwich later for lunch, and pizza or pasta, something with carbs for dinner. But I've had a bad time when cheating, I have alot of sweets. NO IDEA if you can have loads of bad food on your cheat day. I asked them on that, but got no response to that. But me, I try to cheat every 3 weeks, because on the cheat days, sometimes I don't feel good about myself. But when dieting, I do.

But talk to a trainer or something on what you should do. Some evan have just a cheat meal on their weekends, like a full pizza or something.

But hey guys, when cutting, is it ok to just go through, and work on dieting for several mounths at a time with out cheating? Because when dieting durring the week, and cheating on the weekend, sometimes I feel bad because I think I am regaining all I lost durring the week on the weekend.
