You'll probably blast me for this, but i don't believe in all this bulking and cutting cycle stuff, i believe you can do both. But i am aiming to pack on the weight, so i would say bulk if pushed.
I get about three portions of fruit and veg a day, could be better i know, but its better than my previous one or two a week!
I know what your saying about the solid food thing, unfortunatly i don't have the time to be eating more, would love to, but thats why the shake. And with the carb's can't actually find any supplements in the usual shop, plus i can't afford them (i need a loan just for the protein i go through!) hence the pasta post work-out, however if you have a better solid food suggestion i'd be happy to try.
I will be replacing the chicken with steak about once a week i should think.
As for body weight, i believe i'm about 190 in decent muscle mass.
