it looks like your cheat is off base bro. here is what will most likely happen with that cheat day.

breakfast: not too bad, if your gonna have simple sugars the morning and right after a lift are the best times. and you need protien in the am.

lunch: your prob waiting to long for this meal, cheat doesnt mean lose all sense of diet. if your talking a whole wheat turkey or something fine, but by waiting so long, when your used to eating every 3 to 4 hours, your body is going into starvation mode, killing your metabolism.

dinner: again waiting too long. I see no problem with having fast food or ice cream once a week, but the key is to exspect it, plan for it, and do it in moderation. have a burger, fries whatever, but dont go overboard. and make sure your doing what you need to, inorder to keep your metabolism high.

it wouldnt hurt to do some light cardio on this day, walk for 20min, eliptical, whatever.
