This is just information, take what you want and throw out the rest. If your 190 in lbm then you're gonna need more protein and calories in general. Again, I'll leave the specifics to the experts.

If you can buy online, the dextrose and malto are very cheap. Probably the most cost effective sups you can buy. Especially since you will probably only use them post workout. You can also save a ton of money buying your protein online.

If I was pushed and didn't have any dextrose or malto, I think I would choose to use protein only. The idea being to get a fast absorption while the muscles are still primed to take in nutrients and start protein synthesis/eliminate protein loss. But to tell you the truth, even table sugar is better than solid food pwo.

As far as the cutting or bulking stuff, I have never cycled my diet, since I have a fat burning metabolism. I guess I'm a permanent bulker. That's why I don't try to speak to these diet issues. I simply don't have much experience with them.

Actually, I did carb cycling. But only for bulking.
