Too Much Protien? (not for the weak stomached)
Ok so my total protien intake per day is right around 350g. And my fat intake is roughly 150 or so while sticking to my CKD pretty tightly. the only carbs I take in are veggies, and there are 2g per protien shake.
My question is, I've been shitting like a fiend. and it aint pretty, there is no solidness to it. I feel as though i'm just shitting out the excess protien i'm taking in. And my stomach is really f'in with me. its letting me know that its time to empty out ya know.
what do you guys think? I dont really want to cut it back too much, but at the same time, i dont want anything running down my leg while i'm hitting the tredmil.
