I'm very doubtful about the usefulness of such an expensive carb. If it is really absorbed so super quickly it could leave all those nutrients it's supposed to be shuttling behind. Expecially creatine. That can even be a problem with plain old dextrose and is the very reason why some recommend dextose + malto.
