I would return that for sure.

I have a ZMA product that also has GABA, but like your product the GABA is underdosed (although everything else in it is adequately dosed). Pretty typical.

At fifteen pills you would be at 6 grams of Niacin. Niacin is a B vitamin and it is common to find it in sleep aids. However it's not gonna help your sleep unless you have a niacin deficiency. The RDA is around 20 mgs a day.

It seems to have relatively low toxicity. People have taken up to 2 grams a day with no ill effects other than flushing (if nicotinic acid form). That is caused by cutaneous vasodilation. It produces a weird feeling and itching. At 6 grams you are probably going to get this, and I doubt you'll be sleeping well. The nicotinamide form does not cause this.

Other potential problems with large doses of nicotinic acid are gatrointestinal irritation, liver damage, glucose intolerance, gycosuria, hepatic fybrosis...really all just possibilities of prolonged high doses (excess is well excreted in the urine and feces).

I don't know that much about inositol except that it is a required nutrient. Comes in beans as phytic acid - the stuff that blocks the absorption of some minerals. It's been studied for depression and other things. I've read of up to 12 grams a day in studies with no ill effects. The supplement recommended dosages are all over the place - from 100 to 1000 mgs a day. 15 pills puts you at 18000 mgs (8 grams). That's a whole lot.

I wouldn't take it. You should probably get your money back.
