Protein, esp. powder needs a ton of water to digest. For now try drinking a mixture of 1/3 gatorade and 2/3 water because diarrhea takes alot out of you. :( What kind of protein are you on? Maybe you should try and switch it. If this has been going on for a while, maybe you're lactose intolerant? When I tried Nitrotech I got the shits every time I choked a serving down. Now I use 100% whey and VP2 without a hitch. There shouldn't be a reason as to why this is. My friend at the gym ingests about 500 grams per day and he's fine. (I think 60 grams every 2 hours) Since you are carb depleted and still weightlifting, I don't think you should scale down whatsoever. Try taking some Imodium AD with your protein. At least it'll help you go back to pinchin' loafs!
