I am lactose intolerant, I know this for a fact. But I mix my protien (designer Whey) with water, and i've never had a problem before. I only use 2 to 4 shakes ed. depending on if its a lifting day or not. then two of them are pre and post.
I really get most of my protien from solid foods, and I'm drinking/trying to get a gallon or more ed of water. imodium sounds about right, i'll try that out and see what happens, i agree i dont want to drop my protien while i'm cutting. thanks 0311
