yeah i hear ya about the family time. I'm still a little young for a family, but i just moved about 1000 miles from my brothers and parents, its tough not having them around ... to feed me for free and stuff


back on topic, I find that hittin up some beef jerkey in a pinch is good for protien and getting in some solid meat that you dont have to prepare. you just gotta watch some of the flavord ones have a lot of sugars.
