hahah this cracks me up. I will agree on some of the points, like most muscle mags arent worth the paper they are printed on. And that for your honest dedicated bodybuilder/strength athleate overtraining isnt always easy to spot.

But this makes no sense

what i think is the problem for the general public is lack of activity in the first place. too many couch potatoes, eating potatoe chips. Overtraining fat stores is far worse then overtraining muscle.
