Personally, I'd shoot for centerline twice. at close range with that pistol he wont be coming at me anymore. So thats BAM BAM.

However I would be a bit concerned with unloading an entire clip in a guy, mainly because these types of people travel in packs. More then likely there are more coming behind him, so i'll sove some ammo for those jerk offs too.

Oh and the Dem would be screwed, he wouldnt have the gun in the first place. he would have them outlawed so only the terroists and criminals have them, making this country safer for everyone.
