i just found out that 1 kilometer = 0.6 miles approx...

that means i've only been running 2 miles...!!! :(

tomorrow, i plan on going upto 4 km = 2.4 miles

my aim is to reach 4 miles by the end of the month... thats 6+ kilometres... lets hope that happens
