3. Meal 3 needs some protein. How's about eating your chicken breast with your baked potato for meal 3. For meal two have a large tuna sandwich, which is also very inexpensive. I get cans of tuna for $0.99 per can. So that's 32 grams of protein for a dollar.

Cheap carb sources are:

1. Begals (55 grams of carbs)
2. Oatmeal (50 grams)
3. Cereal
4. Sweet Potatoes in a can

Cheap protein sources are:

1. Tuna
2. Cottage Cheese
3. Eggs
4. Ground Turkey (instead of beef)

Also remember to check the grocery store ads because usually there's a sale on certain cuts of meat. I also usually go to a store like Costco and buy my meats, milk, and eggs in bulk. For example, they sell boxed sets of 2 gallon milk jugs for $3.99.

Thanks alot for all of that info... So for my meal 2 and 4, I could eat a chicken breast on a begal?

For my Meal 3 I would throw in an additional chicken breast.

Other option:

Meal 2 and 4, tuna sandwhich

and Meal 3 one chicken breast and my bake patato.

I like my option one because I dont like tuna sandwhiches, but I do like tuna mixed in with alfredo ect....

Any other adjustments?
Thanks for the help btw!
