This is are RDA but, this isn't the RDA for people that are very active or have a bodybuilding lift style. I would look at Both bottles and see what the combine amount of zinc is.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
There are several zinc supplementary forms. These include zinc gluconate, zinc oxide, zinc aspartate, zinc picolinate, zinc citrate, zinc monomethionine and zinc histidine. Zinc supplements are available in stand-alone or in combination products. A typical dose of zinc is about 15 milligrams (as elemental zinc) daily.

All strengths are expressed as total zinc content.

Zinc is available as a chelate in the following forms and strengths:

Tablets — 15 mg, 22.5 mg, 25 mg, 30 mg, 50 mg

Zinc gluconate is available in the following forms and strengths:

Liquid — 15 mg/mL

Lozenges — 10 mg, 13.3 mg, 23 mg

Tablets — 15 mg, 20 mg, 22 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, 100 mg

Zinc picolinate is available in the following forms and strengths:

Capsules — 25 mg, 30 mg, 50 mg

Tablets — 50 mg
