Very happy with my flat bench, I actually put up 200lbs for 1x5 :eek: . I'm feeling really strong with these exercises. I'm especially happy with my bodyweight. On an empty stomach, I was at the 175 mark for the last 2 days...so I'm guessing this weight is going to stick around now
Due to school and what not, I'm going to have to do arm day tomorrow instead of taking the day off.
I'm just about at the half way mark of OVT...if I'm seeing these kinds of results at half-way...I can't fuckin wait to see what I'm like at the end!
