what i thought was:
Monday = Weight Training Day = High Carb Intake
Tuesday = Off Day = Low Carb Day
Wednesday = Weight Training Day = High Carb Intake
Thursday = Off Day = Low Carb Day
Friday = Weight Training Day = High Carb Intake
Saturday = Off Day = Low Carb Day
Sunday = Off Day = Cheating Day
