Ok so I went grocery shopping tonight and Walmart wasnt stocked of much. I am adjusting my diet plan to this.
Meal 1: 8:00 am
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich on 7 grain wheat bread
2 scrammbled eggs with cheese
1 Flax Seed Oil Capsul, 1 One-a-day Vitamin, and 1 Fish Oil Capsuls
Meal 2: 11:15 a.m.
Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast.
1 Bagel
1/2 cup of brown rice (measured before cooked)
Meal 3: 3:15 p.m.
Jumbo baked patato w/ butter, steak chilli, and cheese.
1 Chicken breast
Meal 4: 6:00
Chicken Breast
1 Bagel
1/2 cup of brown rice
Meal 5: 7:45 (home from work) Pre workout
MuscleMilk Shake 638cal/12gcarbs/32g protien.
Meal 6: 9:00 Post workout
Muscle Milk shake
I tend to find something around the house to eat again
I do have this stuff called, Probolic-SR. It has all three types of protien. Suppose to be good for bedtime. Its by MHP. It doesnt mix very well, so I have been ignoring it.
I couldnt find any frozen turkey burgers, so I picked up some frozen beef ones.
So what else needs to be adjusted? You all have been very helpful. Im almost there!
