Trancer, in that MHP product you have, soy protein, I think is the primary source, but it has whey and casein also, plus a bunch of free BCAA's. (If I remember correctly). I would go ahead and chug that down, regardless of how well it mixes, but don't buy it again. You don't need fancy proteins like that and there are more cost effective options available. I would stay away from soy protein as a powdered supplement in general.

As far as the cottage cheese problem, do you have any stomach discomfort from milk in general? There still might be some lactose hanging around in cottage cheese. Or you could just be sensitive to casein, who knows? If it has been a while since you've tried it, then I would suggest purchasing small containers and trying it again just to see if you react any differently now. As far as not liking certain things, well, I don't like cottage cheese very much myself, and some of the other things I eat.

That is the price you pay, sometimes, to put on muscle.
Ok cool great thanks! I bought two containers of it and I can take them back to GNC for a refund. Hmmmm Im in need of some flow anyway... I could trade them in for some Muscle Milk too. That would be a better option.
So whats the deal with Soy Protien? It says it has Whey, Iso, and Casien protien in it. Is it another name for Iso?

I may end up grabbing a container of cottage cheese.

Anything else need to be adjusted in my diet guys?
