ok listen up people...

i need help...

fast...

my life has turned into hell overnight and i need a two or three day a week training routine DESPERATELY..

yes, i have the above routine (made with Dave's modifications) in mind... but i'd like to know if i need to make any changes to that...

i'll be updating my journal regarding this, but all help is welcomed...

sorry for the abruptness of this post... its just that i have a HUGE pile of work to do and i can no longer spare long hours at the gym :(

make no mistake, i'm not pleased about this at all... i'm infact vry very pissed.. and there is a large chance that i'll beat the shit out of someone today.....

i HATE this system...

in case your curious to know what this routine i'm referring to is, here we go:

Workout #1

1.) Barbell A2G Squats 3x5

2.) Barbell Bench Press 3x5

3.) Weighted Chin-Ups 3x5

4.) Weighted Parallel Bar Dips 3x5

5.) Standing Barbell Curls 5x5 superset with Dumbbell Alternate Arm Standing Curls 5x5

Workout #2


1.) Hanging Snatch 3x5

2.) Military Press 3x5

3.) Overhead Squat 3x5

4.) Barbell Deadlift 1x5

5.) Weighted Parallel Bar Dips 5x5 superset with Decline Triceps Extensions 5x5

and the rules are tres simple

1.) Warm-up for each exercise using several sets before you hit the required work sets

2.) Add weight to the bar almost every workout but remember to maintain proper form

4.) Do abdominals on every workout day
