my life has turned into hell overnight and i need a two or three day a week training routine DESPERATELY..
You don't need to make excuses.. I was betting you'd want another routine within 3 weeks of starting your last one. So far you've already switched routines more times since you started a journal in 12/27 than I've done in a year!

Quote:
Workout #1

1.) Barbell A2G Squats 3x5

2.) Barbell Bench Press 3x5

3.) Weighted Chin-Ups 3x5

4.) Weighted Parallel Bar Dips 3x5

5.) Standing Barbell Curls 5x5 superset with Dumbbell Alternate Arm Standing Curls 5x5
Why are your arms getting the most attention? If you are interested in olympic lifting/powerlifting, the big three gets most of the attention. At least, you don't need to do exactly squats, deads, ect, but I know Westside at least makes you focus on a lift that is very similiar every few weeks. So, three weeks has you doing squatting, the next few has you doing goodmornings, ect..

It's not rocket science. For a strength routine, your arms need maybe 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Other than that, the focus remains on the big three or similiar movement.

1. Why 3 sets of 5 for everything?
2. Why 1 set of 5 for deadlifts of all things??

where do you think i'll be when i'm done with this routine (in like 6-8 weeks)..? i'm referring to strength, flexibility, bulk, cuts, you know: the works
I guarantee you won't make it to 6-8 weeks so that question doesn't need to be addressed. However, miracles do in fact happen so if you make it, you'll likely increase some strength...Maybe some hypertrophy, but that would only benefit you if you really eat.
