another point which i would like to add is this, although i keep saying i'm on a bulking rouitne, i'm not really on that... see, i'm losing fat and getting nice definition all over, and at the same time, my weight is slowly increasing...
but more importantly, the reason why my parents are saying no working out is because i'm very very tired when i return home from the gym as result of which i'm not able to do my work with 100% efficiency...
i hope i've answered all your doubts...
hopefully, this should be over in like a week and i'll try to get back into training, but thats a long shot
